This front right Door Lock Actuator is robust and designed to OE specifiication.
It is engineered with an electro-mechanical exterior latch release mechanism to ensure reliability and durability. Tested to OE specifications for a direct-fit replacement restoring proper door locking function with just one push of a button.
This is a very common failure part on VW Polos, symptoms include door not locking/unlocking. The failure point is usually poor soldered joints or microswitches which can be repaired/replaced without the need to replace this whole actuator. We sell the replacement switches here, many customers find it easier to just change the whole actuator as they are not expensive.
