Paid Shipping Options

If you require express delivery or if you are ordering for delivery to a non EU address then paid shipping is usually available for an additional fee.

Delivery Times

Express Delivery orders (which are charged at £5.99 where available) would be expected to arrive within 1 working day of dispatch, orders made before 4pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Free Postage EU Orders:  All items shipped to an address within the EU using free delivery option should arrive within 6-21 days, faster shipping options where available are highly recommended.

Non-EU Orders: We only ship to non EU countries by prior arrangement, and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

All orders are now sent by traceable post, this means that we are able to establish the whereabouts of any parcel in the event of issues such as an address being undeliverable or where delivery has not occurred within the expected time.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returned products must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

If you need to return a product because of any mistake on our part we will fully cover any return postal cost by way of either pre-paid returns label or reimbursement, but please note that we do not cover return postal costs in cases where you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product.
